• Standard Usage: IP addresses are logged but NOT stored in our databases. These logs are temporary and used solely for monitoring and security purposes.
• Terms Violations: If you breach these Terms of Service, your IP address will be permanently stored on our servers and used to enforce an indefinite ban from our service.
• Ban Enforcement: Banned IP addresses remain stored indefinitely to prevent further access by violators.
• Your Acceptance: By using our service, you accept that violating these terms results in permanent storage of your IP address. Compliance with these terms ensures your IP remains only logged, not stored or viewed.

3.2 Complete Anonymity

Apart from IP logging, Messages Never Seen maintains complete anonymity:

• We collect ZERO personal data from our users
• All submissions are entirely anonymous
• We have no way to identify who submitted any particular message
• All website transmissions and submissions are processed anonymously

3.3 Analytics and Advertising

We use only the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics: For anonymous website traffic analysis
• Google AdSense: For advertisement display
• These services operate independently and do not compromise your anonymity on our platform

4. Content Standards and Restrictions

4.1 Prohibited Content

The following activities will result in immediate termination of access and permanent IP ban:

• Harassment, bullying, or threatening other users
• Sharing or revealing personal information without consent
• Posting illegal, harmful, hateful, racist, or sexist content
• Attempting to bypass security measures or access restrictions
• Spam, automated submissions, or abusive behavior

Ban Policy: Users who violate these terms forfeit their right to IP address privacy. Your IP address will be permanently stored and used to enforce an indefinite ban from our services.

4.2 Language Requirements

• All submissions must be in English only
• Content in any other language will be removed immediately upon detection
• This policy exists to ensure proper content moderation and maintain community standards

4.3 Content Monitoring and Enforcement

• We use AI moderation as the primary method for screening submitted content.
• All submissions, including those rejected by AI, are logged and may undergo manual review periodically.
• Violations of our content standards will result in immediate submission removal
• Due to our anonymous nature, we cannot issue individual warnings or track repeat offenders
• If abuse becomes prevalent, we may implement additional screening measures for all submissions

5. User Content

5.1 Content Ownership and Licensing

Due to the anonymous nature of our platform, all submitted content becomes part of our public collection. By submitting content, you grant Messages Never Seen a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in any media.

5.2 Content Removal Process

Due to the anonymous nature of submissions, we cannot verify content ownership. However, we will remove content that:

• Violates our content standards
• Contains personal information
• Is deemed inappropriate or harmful
• Violates applicable laws
